* Almost ten years ago I walked into your shop for the first time. It changed my life. I purchased my first Pfaff from you and recently purchased the Creative Sensation from you. I appreciate the extra mile you went to make sure I got the machine of my dreams. Both machines are wonderful and add to my enjoyment in life. I started sewing when I was a young girl in 4H. Fifty some years later, and several sewing machines later, I am learning new ways to sew, quilt and embroider.
I want to thank you. Thank you for the hours you have spent teaching me not just about my machines but how to ignite my creativity and challenge myself. Learning how to embroider is a challenge but you believe in me and have spent a lot of time and effort teaching me about my machine. I have enjoyed every lesson and because of you I am now believing in myself and that I can master this challenge.
It isn't the machine or the fabric that keeps me coming back to your shop. It is you. I drive from Oskhosh to come to your shop because of your devotion to teaching people the love of quilting and embroidery and for your unsurpassed customer service.

* I discovered Stitches 'N Tyme about 8 years ago. From the first time I entered I have been inspired. I have participated in Donna's clubs, block of the months, retreats, and educational opportunities. Due to Donna's great ideas and mentoring skills, my quilting skills have flourished.
I have since purchased 2 machines at Stitches 'N Tyme. The first one was a Pfaff Grand Quilter in 2007 and my most recent purchase of a Pfaff Creative Vision embroidery machine in December 2011. I could not be happier with either machine. Anytime I have a question, Donna has been extremely helpful. In fact, twice I have called with a problem and she listened to what my machine was doing and was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. When I have taken my machines in for annual service, I know Jeff will make sure they run as good as new when I get them back. They do not send your machine elsewhere for service but service all machines inhouse usually within a one week turnaround.
When I started researching my embroidery machine purchase, my friends tried to talk me into a different brand. They could not understand why I would drive 100 plus miles (round trip) for a Pfaff when I could get a machine just as good here in town. First let me say that the brand they were trying to talk me into is not as good as my Pfaff (because no brand is) and second of all, the service and training given at Stitches 'N Tyme is well worth the drive. There really was not much of a decision to make, I purchased the Pfaff from Stitches 'N Tyme!
